No, not necessarily. Given permission from the property owner, our team member can come out and conduct the site-visit without you needing to be home. If we have any questions regarding your project, we will reach out to you given your preferred form of communication.

How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Typically, after our site visit, you can expect to receive a detailed estimate within 2-3 business days.

Is there a cost to receive an estimate?

No! Our estimates are completely free of charge. It’s part of our commitment to transparency and customer service.

What if I need changes after receiving the estimate?

We understand that sometimes people change their minds. If you need to make modifications after the initial estimate, we’re more than happy to accommodate and provide an updated estimate.

How long is the estimate valid?

Our estimates are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue. However, due to market fluctuations in material costs, we recommend confirming with us if you decide to proceed after this period.

Once I approve, what happens next?

When your estimate is approved, you will receive a request to pay the deposit. Once the payment is received, our team will be notified and begin integrating your project into our schedule. If you haven’t already been given a tentative start date, our office will contact you within a few days to confirm your placement in the schedule.

Is there a deposit required for installation? When is final payment due?

A 50% deposit is required in order to start an installation. Once installation is completed and meets Gladiator Fence & Outdoor quality standards, final payment will be due. Payments can be made via check or card, please call our office at 817-646-8760 for more information on payment options.
